Enterprise Technology Manager

Role Summary

The Enterprise Technology Manager is responsible for working with a smart team and end-users to provide the best user and product experience. This highly visible role is part of our Technology team which is focused on providing the best support and product experience to our most important customers, fellow Six Red Marbles employees.

In this role you will be responsible for the mission-critical enterprise systems and applications that are used on a daily basis. You will be key to providing a consistent quality experience, while creating a wide and loyal end-user base to IT services, ensuring that our enterprise systems are up to par. You will also participate in team and end-user meetings helping to communicate progress updates, action plans, and resolution details. You will collaborate in the broader ecosystem of Six Red Marbles to build strong peer partnerships, and deliver service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the collection of necessary requirements for each department and make sure that their requirements are met
  • Participate in the analysis, testing and deployment of enterprise systems and applications that are to be used by the employees
  • Participate and drive the change management and roll-out of enterprise systems and applications into the organization
  • Create documentation and provide ongoing training for staff pertaining to the use of information systems utilized throughout the organization
  • Recommend and implement approved policies, procedures and governance to ensure security and integrity of the enterprise environment
  • Develop and maintain enterprise wide SharePoint sites and support the building and maintenance of department level sites
  • Operate in a proactive environment where you seek out continuous improvement opportunities by the department

Skills and Experience

  • Enterprise end-user training and support of O365 suite
  • SharePoint site development, support and maintenance
  • Understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • Understanding of Project Management principles
  • Business process management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in MIS/IT environment

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or other related technology or business fields
  • Three (plus) years of Microsoft SharePoint experience (2016 or Online preferred)
  • Three (plus) years of Microsoft Office 365 experience with a working knowledge of OneDrive for Business, Teams, Skype for Business
  • Excellent organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at various levels
  • Basic understanding of system design and development methodologies as well as business analysis methodologies
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot client issues and solve complex technical problems
